3. Data Sources

SaaSHunt scans publicly available Reddit posts to identify pain points and business opportunities. We do not collect private messages or non-public content. All Reddit data is sourced from public APIs and archives.

4. AI Data Processing

SaaSHunt uses third-party AI services (large language models) to score pain points and generate solution blueprints. When processing your requests, relevant public Reddit post data may be sent to these AI providers for analysis. We do not send your personal account information (email, payment details) to AI providers. AI providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (payment processing via Creem, hosting, analytics, AI processing) as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@saashunt.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
