By accessing or using SaaSHunt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
SaaSHunt is a SaaS idea discovery platform that scans public Reddit posts, scores them using AI for intensity, frequency, and willingness to pay, and generates solution blueprints for identified opportunities.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use SaaSHuntfor any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the platform's operation. Automated scraping of our platform is prohibited. Specifically, you shall not:
- Use AI-generated blueprints to create products that are illegal, harmful, or deceptive
- Redistribute or resell raw pain point data or AI-generated content in bulk
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate our AI scoring algorithms
- Use the platform to spam, harass, or target individuals mentioned in Reddit posts
- Misrepresent AI-generated blueprints as human-authored professional research or consulting deliverables
5. AI Disclosure
SaaSHunt uses artificial intelligence (powered by third-party large language models) to score pain points and generate solution blueprints. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
6. Third-Party Content & Trademarks
Pain point data is sourced from publicly available Reddit posts via public APIs and archives.SaaSHunt is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc., OpenAI, Anthropic, or any other third-party service mentioned on this platform. All third-party trademarks and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Solution blueprints generated by SaaSHunt are provided for your personal and commercial use. The platform itself, including its design and algorithms, remains our intellectual property.
8. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem customer portal accessible from your Account Settings page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges and does not require cancellation.
9. Customer Support
We are committed to providing responsive customer support. You can reach us at support@saashunt.co. We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days. If we are unable to resolve your issue within this timeframe, we will provide a status update.
10. Limitation of Liability
SaaSHunt provides information and suggestions for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the success of any business idea or blueprint. Use at your own risk.
